Guide to Retirement Living

Now that the kids are grown and moved away and you are no longer tied to a certain job responsibility, isn’t it nice to have the freedom to choose just where you want to live and what sort of lifestyle you want to select for the retirement that you have earned. Perhaps it involves moving to a warm weather area like Florida or Arizona, or maybe the mountains or lakes have a strong appeal for you.

For once, you get to live where you want to, not where you have to! Many such considerations all add up to Lifestyle .

There are many communities that build in many of the ingredients of a good retirement lifestyle. RetireeWorld has provided Directory Links to several different retirement communities that you might find appealing. Some even offer special incentives for you to vacation there to see if their lifestyle is for you.

You know, lifestyle is an important ingredient to a good retirement location. You have to be able to do the things that you like to do and be around people with the same sort of likes and dislikes or it probably won’t be very enjoyable. Nice houses can be found in many locations, but when you consider your planned lifestyle, many of them simply won't do.

Many Retirees have invested in a vacation Timeshare so that they have a prepaid vacation opportunity once or twice a year. That can provide a nice getaway from the routine.

In addition to these links, we will be updating you in our monthly email newsletter on the new places we’ve found and the new links that we’ve added to the site. Be sure to sign up for the email list and get the free e-book on ‘Planning for Disasters’. You can sign up in the Special Programs section of the Retireeworld site.
