Stretching your Body, Stetching your Life!
There are many simple stretching exercises that you can use to maintain a vigorous and flexible body. Among those are:
Calf Stretch
Forearm Stretch
Biceps
Shoulders
Waist
Knees
Ankles
Back
All of these activities involve extending and retracting the muscles of a certian part of the body. These stretches are normally accomplished very slowly and then retracted to the original position without a whole lot of resistance. All you are really doing is preparing your muscles for more intense activity, preventing muscle cramps and making your whole body just a little more limber.
