Dealing with Incontinence Problems

While "Incontinence' sounds pretty bad, it is not unusual for us to have a 'leaky bladder' as we age. Sometimes our inability to control our urinations can be treated by certain medications and sometimes not. In either case, you need not let it get in the way of your active retirement. You can bet that many of your friends and peers have this problem and hide it so well that you haven't even noticed.

It may seem to be embarrassing to have to wear absorbant pads or underwear, but if used as directed, nobody needs to know that you even have a problem. Be sure to use the bathroom very regularly to keep your bladder empty. Try out several brands of incontinence undies until you find one that fits correctly and that you can live with.
