Finding a Competent Attorney
Since the matters that you wish to discuss with an attorney are private and confidential, it is important that you locate a qualified person in your area that is experienced in the type of law you are to discuss. For example, it would not make sense to contact a corporate or criminal attorney to handle a will (and vice versa).
For wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and other family matters, you should seek out a family practive or probate attorney to consult with you.
